Abstract

These Regulations concern the measures to be taken to control and contain the Red Palm Weevil and to prevent it from spreading. The measures implement those laid down under Commission Decision 2007/365/EC on emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the European Community of Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier).
