Entry into force notes
These Regulations entered into force on 15 February 2014.
Abstract

These Regulations supplement the Control of Major Hazard Regulations. In particular, they include heavy fuel oils in the list of dangerous substances laid down under Part 2 of Schedule I. Establishments where these substances are present in a quantity equal or exceeding the quantity specified by the amended Regulations shall be therefore included in the application scope.
