Abstract These Regulations supplement the Control of Major Hazard Regulations. In particular, they include heavy fuel oils in the list of dangerous substances laid down under Part 2 of Schedule I. Establishments where these substances are present in a quantity equal or exceeding the quantity specified by the amended Regulations shall be therefore included in the application scope.
