The manufacturer of a returnable container shall ensure that it is clearly marked "returnable for deposit". Who sells any soft drink, beer or other product in a returnable container shall charge as a deposit, in relation to the size of the returnable container as specified in the second column of the Schedule and refund that deposit who returns to him an empty, unbroken or undamaged returnable container.
