Abstract

These Regulations have as main objective the Control of Goods. In particular, regarding the marking of goods no one shall offer for sale by retail on any premises any goods unless such goods have clearly marked thereon or in a position to be clearly visible to prospective purchasers. The goods can be sell pre-packed or individual, in bulk or on hire-purchase.
