In particular, the Law establishes the Contaminated Sites Rehabilitation Association. The tasks of the association are the: 1) remediation of contaminated areas, or of harmful soil changes under the Federal Soil Protection Act; 2) reactivation of contaminated sites; 3) development and testing of new technologies and innovative processes for remediation of contaminated sites and harmful changes to the soil, promotion of water conservation zones.
