Abstract

These Regulations make provision in respect of Scotland for certain aspects of a new scheme under Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 for the remediation of contaminated land including land where controlled waters (including those used for the supply of drinking water for human consumption) are being affected by the land.
