These Regulations will come into force on 11 April 2005.
Abstract

These Regulations, which apply in relation to England only, amend the principal Regulations, to provide for the enforcement of the requirements of: (a) Commission Regulation (EC) No 655/2004 amending Regulation (EC) No 466/2001 as regards nitrate in foods for infants and young children, and (b) Commission Regulation (EC) No 683/2004 amending Regulation (EC) No 466/2001 as regards aflatoxins and ochratoxin A in foods for infants and young children.
