Abstract

These Regulations amend the Consumer Protection (Control of Sale of Imported Live Animals for Home Slaughter) Regulations 2010 in regulation 4 and in regulation, which prohibits a person to sell a live animal for home slaughter unless, among other thing: the live animal, in the case of: (i) cattle, is not less than 2 years old; and (ii) goat or sheep, is not less than one year old.
