Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Foodstuff and Feedstuff Codex in its version of 26 April 2006 (BGBl. I p. 945). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transfer of powers to the Federal Office for Consumer Protection and Food Safety. In particular, article 1 lists the European directives for whose enforcement the afore-mentioned Office is responsible. The text consists of 2 articles.
