The present Act enters into force on 10 November 2007.

The present Law gives everyone the right to request information on food, feed and everyday consumer goods from the competent public authorities. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Right of access to information (1); Exclusion and limitation reasons (2); Application (3); Application process (4); Granting of information (5); Fees and costs (6).
