Abstract

This Act, consisting of 77 Articles divided into seven Parts, establishes the requirements to be met to promote effective competition and protect consumers. It specifies all provisions for regulating the Internal Trade and for any matters connected therewith. Goods mentioned in the Act include any food, drink, pharmaceutical, fuel and all other merchandise.
