Abstract

These provisions amend the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations by replacing the texts in Schedules I and II. Schedule I lays down the list of species subject of special conservation measures concerning their habitat, whereas Schedule II specifies birds that may be hunted or taken on land and at sea.
