Abstract The objective of these Regulations, made under section 99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 and consisting of 5 sections completed by three Schedules, is to prescribe the following matters: a) the offences against a relevant law for which an infringement notice may be served; b) infringement penalties for those infringement offences. Schedules specify: Prescribed Wildlife (Game) infringement offences and infringement penalties; Prescribed Fisheries infringement offences and infringement penalties; Prescribed Safety on Public Land infringement offences and infringement penalties.
