Abstract These Regulations, consisting of six sections and completed by nine Schedules, are made under section 99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987. They prescribe for the following issues: (a) the offences against a relevant law for which an infringement notice may be served; (b) infringement penalties for those prescribed infringement offences. These Regulations are divided as follows: Objective; Authorising provision; Commencement; Revocations; Prescribed infringement offences; Prescribed infringement penalties. The Schedules deal with the following matters: Regulations Revoked; Alpine Resorts; Forests; Land; National Parks; Royal Botanic Gardens; Wildlife; Catchment and Land Protection; Sustainable Forests (Timber).
