This Arrangement sets forth additional terms and conditions of access to the fisheries zones of the Parties. The Regulations concern, among other things: additional conditions for fishing licences; requirements for catch retention; prohibition of use of fish aggregating devices; prohibition of fishing in certain areas of the high seas; requirements for the use of observers; and the requirements of use of automatic location communicators.
