Abstract This Act amends Section 33 of the Principal Act regarding environmental management fees. According to this amendment, the holder of or applicant for an environment permit under the Environment Act 2000 or the holder of permit under the Ok Tedi Environment Management Act 2018 or anyone engaged in an activity harmful to the environment under the Environment Act 2000 shall pay an environment management fee in respect of that environment permit or that harmful activity.
