This Act enters into force on 22 October 2003.
Abstract

The Conservation Act 1987 is amended by inserting a new subsection to section 17 dealing with conservation management strategies and conservation management plans. The item "The Sand Drift Act 1908" shall be repealed in the First Schedule.
