Abstract

The new section concerns restrictions imposed on fishing for carp. Possession of restricted fish, i.e. silver carp and grass carp is regulated. a person who wants to possess carp may be required to obtain specified approvals, to make public his/her intention to possess carp in a newspaper and to prepare an environmental impact assessment.
