The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1992.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Energy Industry Act of 7 July 2005 (BGBl. I p. 1970). In particular, the Ordinance regulates the admissibility and assessment of payment of concession fees of utility companies under article 3 of the Energy Industry Act.The text consists of 9 articles.
