The Ordinance applies to hazardous and non hazardous waste. Part 1 deals with general provisions. Part 2 addresses electric and electronic equipment and its storage and transport, as well as its admissible and inadmissible treatment. This Part covers also batteries, accumulators, solvents and waste containing solvents, as well as paint and varnish waste, dangerous medical waste, remains of amalgams and devices containing PCB and other waste containing PCB and their general treatment.
