Abstract This Law adds and amends Complementary Law No. 7 of 1994 on the Environmental Protection Code. Amendments contained in this Law aim, above all, to preserve the federate pact, in order to establish environmental standards that meet the following matters: regional peculiarities and needs, its geographic conformation, respect of the characteristics of the territory of Roraima and the norms of environmental preservation, including water resources quality standards and the regional productive system.
