In particular, article 1 specifies that the enactment of the Atomic Energy Act (BGBl. I p.1565) is incumbent upon the State Ministry of Environment and Agriculture. Article 6 establishes that the Environment, Agriculture and Geology Office is responsible for the enactment of the Radiation Protection Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1714).
