This Regulation specifies standards for residues in foodstuffs in Schedule II. Standards are specified for processed and unprocessed foodstuffs and compound foodstuffs. The standards do not apply to products covered by the Fisheries Products Decree No. 46 of 1995 made under the Commodities Act, to spices and to baby and infant food (art. 1). The standards shall not apply under certain conditions to products imported from an EC members State if in that State temporary standards are set in accordance with Council Directive 91/414/EEC.
