Abstract

This Regulation amends Annex IC and entirely replaces Annexes VII and VIII to Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on shipments of waste. Annex VII specifies the information that must accompany shipments of waste; Annex VIII lays down guidelines on environmentally sound management of waste.
