This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation amends the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation, as regards maximum levels of arsenic in certain foods, including cereals and cereal based products, rice, foods for special medical purposes intended for infants and young children, concentrated fruit juices as reconstituted and fruit nectars, and salt. Foodstuffs that were lawfully placed on the market before the entry into force of this Regulation may remain on the market until their date of minimum durability or use-by date.
