This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Abstract

This Regulation adds a new subparagraph about the renewal of authorizations of plant protection product in Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 284/2013 regarding the transitional measures as regards procedures concerning plant protection products.
