Abstract

The present Regulation establishes detailed rules for the control of the conformity with the common marketing standards laid down by Regulation (EEC) No. 103/76, which has been repealed and entirely replaced by Regulation (EC) No. 2406/96. A lot of fresh or chilled fish shall be considered as uniform within the meaning of that Regulation if not more than percent of the total quantity in the lot falls within the freshness or size category immediately below or above that stated for the box or lot
