Abstract

The Annex attached to this Regulation establishes those standards that shall be applied, at all stages of marketing, in respect of pears. The provisions cover pears of varieties grown from Pyrus communis L. to be supplied fresh to the consumer, pears for industrial processing being excluded. The standards encompass quality, sizing, tolerances, presentation and marking.
