Abstract

Annex VI to Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 lays down the list of substances permitted as ingredients of non agricultural origin and the list of substances permitted to be used during preparation. The Annex is hereby amended, in order to include certain substances used in the processing of products intended for human consumption which contain ingredients from animal origin. Moreover, the Regulation defines the additives that may be used for the preparation of fruit wines other than wines covered by Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 on the common organization of the market in wine.
