Abstract: This Regulation lays down Annex IC to Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 on shipments of waste. The Annex sets out specific instructions for completing the notification and movement documents, pursuant to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal.
