This Regulation entered into force on 31 March 2003.
Abstract

Annexes I and II to Regulation (EEC) No 2377/90 are hereby amended as set out in the Annex hereto. In particular, anti-infectious agents (antibiotics and polypeptides) shall be added to the list of pharmacologically active substances for which maximum residue levels have been fixed, which is contained under Annex I. On the other side, inorganic chemicals shall be inserted in the list of substances not subject to maximum residue levels laid down in Annex II.
