This Regulation took effect on 1 March 2002.
Abstract

Pursuant to the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables established under Council Regulation (EC) No. 2200/96, the present Regulation lays down marketing standards relative to leeks. Such standards, to be applied at all stages of marketing, are concerned with quality (as per different classes of leeks), size, tolerances, presentation and marking.
