Abstract

In the light of the need to set specific lower maximum levels for dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs in food, with particular regard to infant foodstuffs, the present Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 466/2001, which establishes maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs.
