Abstract

The present Regulation sets out the standards to be applied at all stages of marketing of peaches and nectarines, under the conditions laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 2200/96. The marketing standards are fully described in the Annex attached, which gives the definition of produce and further lays down provisions on quality, sizing, tolerances, presentation and marking.
