This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 August 1999.

Abstract

This Regulation sets specific rules on rural development measures and on administrative and financial provisions. The conditions laid down in article 5 of Council Regulation (EC) 1257/1999 regarding investment in agricultural holdings, must be fulfilled at the time when the individual decision to grant support is taken.
