Abstract

The present Regulation, which consists of three articles and one Annex, lays down the marketing standard for sweet peppers. Part I lays down the definition of the produce hereby concerned. For the purposes of these provisions, sweet peppers are those varieties (cultivars) grown from Capsicum annum L. to be supplied fresh to the consumer, sweet peppers for industrial processing being excluded.
