Abstract

This Regulations sets forth detailed provisions implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 509/2006 as regards: the information to be included in the product specification; description of products and production methods; labelling; application for registration of products as traditional specialities; the Register of traditional specialities guaranteed, to be kept by the European Community Commission.
