Abstract

This Regulation lays down several amendments to the provisions and Annexes of Regulation (EC) No. 2032/2003, which concerns the implementation of the second phase of the 10-year programme of work for the systematic examination of those active substances that have been placed on the market as active substances of biocidal products. The amendments update the existing active substances covered by Regulation (EC) No. 2032/2003.
