Abstract

This Regulation lays down the procedure applicable where an authorization is sought for a product which is identical to another biocidal product or product family which has been authorized or registered in accordance with Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council or Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012, or for which an application for such registration or authorization has been submitted.
