Abstract: This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 555/2008 concerning the implementation of rules on the common organization of the market in wine as regards support programmes, trade with third countries, production potential and on controls in the wine sector. These amendments concern in particular the notifications to be submitted by Member States deciding to reduce, from the 2015 financial year onwards, the amount available for the support programmes. Further amendments concern operations not eligible for support programmes.
