This Regulation enters into force on 18 November 2013. It applies from 30 December 2013.
Abstract

Pharmacologically active substances and their classification regarding Maximum Residue Limits in foodstuffs of animal origin are set out in the Annex to Commission Regulation (EU) No. 37/2010. The present Regulation replaces the entry for the substance neomycin in Table 1 of the Annex to Regulation (EU) No. 37/2010.
