Abstract

This Regulation lays down rules to reduce phytosanitary risk from introduction into the Union of the specified plants to an acceptable level by applying measures to address the risk of the specified pests. To this end, this Regulation sets forth phytosanitary measures for the introduction from third countries into the Union of plants, plant products and other objects, which have been removed from the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2019. The plants, plant products and other objects originating from the respective third countries of origin and the corresponding measures for their introduction into the Union are listed in Annex.
