Abstract: This Regulation sets out rules on uniform practical arrangements for the performance of official controls on plants, plant products and other objects in order to verify compliance with European Union rules on protective measures against pests of plants applicable to those goods. Those controls shall include inspections and, in the case of suspicion of risks to plant health, the sampling and testing and the Regulation concerns frequency of official controls on professional operators authorized to issue plant passports.
