This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Abstract

This Directive amends the Council Directives 66/401/EEC and 66/402/EEC to reflect the amendments on certain botanical names of hard fescue, wheat, durum wheat, spelt wheat, sorghum and Sudan grass. Therefore, Annex II of Directive 66/401/EEC is amended in accordance with Part A of the Annex to this Directive and Annexes I, II and III of Directive 66/402/EEC are amended in accordance with Part B of the Annex to this Directive.
