Abstract

This Directive sets forth specific requirements applicable to the genus and species of fruit plants listed in Annex I to Council Directive 2008/90/EC. These requirements concern the production, marketing and official inspections. The Directive stipulates that propagating material that fulfills the requirements of a certain category shall not be mixed with material of other categories.
