Abstract: By Implementing Decision 2014/715/EU, the European Commission identified Sri Lanka as a country that it considers a non-cooperating third country in the fight against illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing, pursuant to article 31(1) of Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2008. That Decision is hereby repealed.
