Abstract

This Decision establishes the content of the notifications to be submitted by Member States to the Commission and the other Member States relating to the presence or the appearance of any harmful organism as referred to in Directive 2000/29/EC. Furthermore the Decision specifies the deadlines for submitting those notifications.
