Abstract

The Annex to Decision 2005/381/EC is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision. This Annex lays down the questionnaire to be used by the Member States for the purpose of drawing up the annual reports to be submitted to the Commission on the implementation of Directive 2003/87/EC establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading.
