Abstract

The maximum pesticide residue levels indicated in articles 1 and 2 of this Directive shall be added to Part A of Annex II to Directive 86/362/EEC and to Part B of Annex II to Directive 86/363/EEC respectively. The maximum pesticide residue levels for bentazone and pyridate as shown in the Annex to this Directive shall be added to Annex II to Directive 90/642/EEC.
