Abstract: This Directive supplements Council Directive 2001/112/EC relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption by including plant proteins from wheat, peas or potatoes for clarification in Part II of Annex I (which lays down the list of authorized ingredients, treatments and substances).
